We’ve made a couple of revisions to our booking and cancellation policy and wanted to share it with you all.
TERMS OF BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY.
We require every new colour client to have a skin test and consultation before we can secure a booking for you. This is to ensure your safety as well as an opportunity to make a plan for your colour appointment and book out the correct amount of time to achieve your desired look. Skin tests must be carried out at least 48 hours prior to your appointment and we will not carry out a colour service without one.
If you have not visited the salon for more than 6 months, you will be required to have a new skin test carried out and documented. Products and ingredients are constantly changing and your safety is our priority.
To secure your appointment, we require 50% booking fee on the day of booking for all appointments. This is fully refundable as long as you give us at least 48 hours notice of cancellation. We require 48 hours notice so that your appointment can be offered to another guest. Your booking fee will be deducted from the final balance on the day of your appointment.
If you cancel last minute or don’t show for your appointment, your booking fee will not be refunded.
If you book your appointment through our online booking portal, a 50% booking fee will be taken to secure your appointment, but our 48 hours notice of cancellation also applies to all online bookings. If you give us less than 48 hours notice of cancellation, you will be charged 50% of your appointment value, if we are unable to fill the appointment time.
For repeated last minute cancellations or no shows of hair services where we are not able to offer an appointment to another guest, you will be required to pay for future appointments in full in advance. Again, we have a 48 hour cancellation policy in place and you will receive a full refund if you cancel with the required notice.
As a gentle reminder, we will send a confirmation sms or email at 9am, 2 days before your appointment, you just need to click the link included to confirm. We are a small but busy salon and appointments are precious, we really do appreciate our guests, but cannot survive with repeated no shows and last minute cancellations.
